I went on a hiking trip to the Cedarberg last month. It’s a place of special beauty, with many strange rock formations. I took a lot of photos as reference for future paintings and did a couple of sketches. This A5 watercolour and ink sketch is of cottages at the mission village of Heuningvlei.
